$10-billion in Okanagan real estate listings now a click away.
KELOWNA, BC, March 18 /CNW/ - RedKey.ca is an innovative company with inclusive listings of all the new real estate developments throughout the Okanagan Valley, including Kelowna, Vernon and Penticton.
Scott Butler, co-founder of www.RedKey.ca, said the idea grew out of his own difficulty in searching for a new home.
"When my wife and I moved to the Okanagan, we knew we wanted to live in a new condo development. We spent months searching the internet and driving around looking for projects," recalled Butler.
"We knew there were dozens of new developments in the area we were interested in but we had trouble finding them. I was surprised that there was no simple, consolidated source. That's when the idea of www.RedKey.ca was born."
Real estate marketers are excited about the concept. With $10-billion worth of listings on the site, Tammy Moore, of Madhouse Creative, described it as a win-win concept for buyers and project marketers alike.
"An informed market is a healthy market," she said.

"Our goal is to continue to be the comprehensive list of new real estate developments in the Okanagan", said Steve Taylor, who started the company with Butler.
